I'm sorry for those who have to experience the same thing as me, but man does this website really tick me off. Sometimes the servers are down, meaning the website won't even pop up at all. This wasn't an issue for me, and I was able to look at the balance of my card. Now however, I type everything in correctly 5 times. After I type the verification code and the reCAPTCHA, it loops me to the first page. Also, for some reason the card doesn't even work online for me, since it was denied. Guess I have to use this in person, I'd stay away from this website and the product itself.

Where do I start. I went to purchase a (9806 Gaston Road, Katy, TX- 12/5@8:03am with Jaquelyn) $300 gift card for the fuel points yesterday. Which I should have received 1200 fuel points as my coupon for 4x fuel points was redeemed yesterday... but my account is not reflective of this. Which is the best part of my complaint!
After purchasing the gift card (a visa gift card), I asked the cashier if I needed to activate it, and she assured me that it was ready to go. So I headed to run errands, because I know it can take some time (like 30 min) to actually work. Used it once at the dollar store for a small purchase and worked fine! Then go back to Krogers to do my big grocery shopping trip and spend an hour loading my cart! Only to get to the register and it won't work! After a call to the CC company they assured me for some reason a hold was put on the card, she didn't know why. They reset my card and I was assured that in an hour it would work! Very embarrassing but ok I understand things happen. So I wait over an hour call the company to confirm I should be good to go so I stopped at the gas station to make a small purchase to check to see if card would work... and it did! So great I head off to Krogers AGAIN, spent an hour of my time filling my cart! Only to get to the register... and guess what? I DIDN'T WORK AGAIN! So after a phone call to the credit card company again... which I am in tears at this point. They explain that they don't know why but it should work? What the heck... so frustrating! After persisting to talk to her manager she puts me on hold and then comes back and says that there is a 24 hr hold on my card... but the 'good' news she said was I could use my card as a credit card face to face transaction in 20 minutes! So here I sit at the blood pressure cuff machine waiting for 20 mins! They tried to run it again after the 20 minutes and no luck!
So I went home and waited a couple of hours go Brookshire Brothers to make a small purchase and test the card again! Didn't work!
So I called back for the 3rd time now and was told again that for some reason a hold was on it and after finally getting nowhere with the agent I asked to speak to a manager. Finally a manager comes on and assures that they will have to working within 1 hour. So I give up for the day and head home with no groceries and wasted more than half of my day!
So I get up this morning and stop to get gas, works fine! So headed to Krogers loaded my cart again... only to be declined again! I didn't split payments and I had more than enough money to cover the balance! So I called again to the CC company and seemed to finally get someone who had a clue! Turns out can't use at places like "Krogers, walmart, Target) without registering the card! This was a massive breakdown on employee education at Krogers and also the CC company! I didn't have to go thru all of the Embarrassment & Stress yesterday if the cashier was educated on this matter and answered my question correctly as well as the credit card company as well! I am writing this because I don't want another person to go through what I did yesterday! And also because Krogers is promoting these gift cards to save a few dollars... and ended up costing me money, Gas, time, frustration & stress!

Their site is hot flaming garbage, which as of late seems to not load at all, and if it fails to work enough times it seems to straight up deny you from even trying to log in, directing you to call the number. When called, the automated phone system literally took 15 minutes registering me, by texting me and then apparently booting up an old Apple II to load the webpages on my phone, because for some reason it took entirely too long.

If you use these cards/service for online purchases consider switching because the service seems to be dying without much hope for repair.

This business is conducted horribly. The website doesn't work, they never answer calls, there is no way to register your card for online use. Cards getting declined, calls being dropped, and money essentially stolen. If you plan to purchase a gift card and you have to register your gift card here, run so far away.

I have gotten 2 cards so far and both where at Smith's Food Market which is owned by Kroger's and even thou I did not go into deep reading I did see there was a complaint of card bought at Fry's Food Market yes owned by Kroger's. I will be calling Kroger's Corp. office with complaint.
I have bought 2 cards at different times say 4 months apart 1rst card no problem with site, but when I found the card was not used as it should have been and was waiting for authorization I had card cancelled and never received another card after talking to rep from phone $75.00.
2nd card bought I registered card took several attempts to register card, but finally did get through registration, YES! Now I am trying to check first through phone and did 1 time only on their site but tried 8 other times and after I put last 3 numbers from back of card in reverts back to start up page to register or customer already signed up page. Be real Prepaidngift card company straighten your website up and pay me my $75.00 you stole from me.
I have no pictures on this computer to add a photo, first I should be have to go and do this every thing should be good A+ ratings not F- ratings.

I will never buy gift cards from this company ever again. Made a purchase online but I canceled it and weeks later the transaction hasn't gone off pending and my balance has not been returned. Called the store I made a purchase on and they said they return the money, just need to wait for the company to transfer the balance back. The company never did. What a ripoff. Tried calling customer service so many times but no one answers. Website is always down. Do yourself a favor and never buy a gift card from this company.

I received a visa gift card for my birthday prior to using it I registered online needless to say, I went to my local Walmart and was told the card was inactive. So I called customer service and spoke with "Felisha" she supposedly registered my card after I gave her the necessary information to active my card. I then go back to Walmart to use the card and it says, 'inactive. I called the number on the back of the card and the first auto-mated voice said, "the system is under maintenance and call back after 3 am central standard". I called 9:30 am eastern standard time, only to not be able to get through a live operator for over an hour. Either the woman I spoke with is incompetent or it's the whole company... I opt for the WHOLE COMPANY!

This is just crazy I was given a couple of gift cards from my employer and they just scammed every single penny from the gift cards all together $1000 now they act like we spent the money I live in one state and money was spent on another state. I called the company to get a replacement when the card was first given to me because seems like where they make the cards they scratched off the 3 digit number in the back and they wait till someone purchases the card to use up all the funds. Never ever use this card again and my employer was notified about this and they are not happy at all with this company they are now aware and no more business with this card ever again from them. Never buy this card they don't give you your money back when fraud has been done.

I received a 25$ visa gift card for my birthday that came from this bank issuer (U.S. Bank National Association). Every single time I have attempted to use it the card is declined. Went to "help" on the website and it only gives you a number to call. I called got a recorded message that all service representatives were busy. It then gave you only an option to either check the balance or report it stolen. I tried calling them many times over the last 3 months, same thing. Finally, when it asked for the card number to check the balance I started entering 2s and after several times of failing the system then eventually sent me to an operator. The operator then started giving me bogus reasons why it was being declined. Such as the place I was trying to use the card was saving the card information and was hence declined. She claimed to know for a fact that it would work at "she named a couple of websites". First of all it is absolutely impossible for them to know if a site is saving the information. The site business just sends in a request for the payment amount with the users information and not in anyway confirming or denying saving of said information. Totally a flat out lie from this card company. The naming of specific sites points toward kickbacks which is a crime. Have had this card since early June and still cannot use it. Long story short: they issue a card impossible to use except at specific businesses though claim it is accepted anywhere visa debit is accepted(a lie), have no customer service on the site, the service line is almost impossible to use and will get you nowhere when you do get a service operator. Unless you want these hassles, go with a card other than this one. Why Visa allows them to keep their license to continue to give them a bad name is beyond me.

The gift card was given to me as a gift and i called to make sure it was activated and it was and it gave me a balance of 50.00. I was never able to use the card at any store nor online. Their customer service is basically no service for customers. I found the card in one of by drawers 2 years later and it is basically all used up because of the 2.00 per month fee. I think they know it will not work to be used at many places. The cards expire and uses up the cash balance. These people can only be called thieves.

To use the gift card online, one must "register" the card online. That website is a terrible exercise in frustration. After the card number is input, one is then asked to prove one "not a robot". After completing that, and inputting the security code, one is bounced back to start with nothing happening. Then, one makes the call. Good luck in getting connected! I wouldn't call it a scam, but like another reviewer, "just really bad" - bad, bad, bad! Federal and state consumer agencies need to take a look at this -- it makes "registration" practically impossible. Maybe designed to hurt Amazon & Google online sales?!
