First they find a unethical company like Fry's Grocery Store. You then stock them with your worthless cards. Fry's sells the cards to their customers and gives them a authorization code. The criminal people at Prepaid cards then apply your money to their personal cards. You are left with a worthless card and a authoriaztion code that means nothing! Oh yea you can contact Prepaid Cards, you will be put on hold, you will be told to fax copies of the card your drivers license etc... Don't forget to enlarge your card to 150% Increase the ink level. Then when you contact the Prepaid Gift Card people after waiting the 10 business days they will simply tell you they never received your fax. Your confirmation of the fax means nothing!
Lets not forget Fry's Grocery store. They must be getting a pretty good cut from this SCAM. Fry's will tell you once they give you the worthless authorization code their responsibility ends and to contact their fellow SCAM artists at Prepaid gift cards. I have walked back into the store the same day and said there is no money on the card they just sold me. Fry's store manager answer was this is not his problem contact Prepaid Gift cards and stop bothering him. This SCAM cost me $300.00 Please avoid purchasing these cards. Yes I do still have the worthless cards, authorization codes and Fry's receipts it doesn't make any difference to Fry's or anyone else.

I literally made an account just to tell you guys how much of a piece a $#*! this website and company is. I have used their service twice in the past, and it had worked perfectly and as intended, no problems at all. But just today, I paid for a 50 dollar card, I was able to login the first time just fine, but now all it does is lock me out of my money, infinitely. I'm hoping one of these days I'll just get lucky and will be able to login and spent my money, but thats just wishful thinking on my part. I dead-$#*! went through the 7 stages of grief while trying to get this card to work. This $#*! is evil. If you want a card for online purchases, never ever get this one.

If you need to purchase a gift card, DO NOT use this company. Their website only works periodically - recently, it didn't work for at least a month. Nearly impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Just today, two cards were purchased for me-when I tried to register them online, the three-digit codes "did not match" for either card. I then tried to make a purchase, using the PIN number. It did not work, either. And when you are on hold, their repeated message "thank you for calling, you call important to use, please hold for the next specialist" is so distorted it is nearly impossible to even understand. Everything about this company is absolutely TERRIBLE. If I could give zeros stars. I would.

When I go to the website on the back of the card to check my balance, after I enter the card information I just get booted back to the home page. This happens on desktop, mobile, over data, with a VPN, you name it. I can't use it for anything online, and I'm not feeling so optimistic about it working in person (although I'm certainly going to try)

First, the website is terrible. I was able to long in for 2 days max and throughout the 3 other times ill try in one sitting and it would say its not valid. I then logged on after 4 days and every time i put my info in it takes me right back to the home screen. Big $#*! scam. I have at least 41 dollars left on my card and no matter what device i use, the website does not cooperate. I do not recommend AT ALL. Don´t waste your time.

I tried to use to add money to jail account and declined. I called the card number and was told it wouldnt work and nothing than can do. Save your activation fee. I had used vanilla before and worked. I will try vanilla again.

Very unclear instructions. Would appear they charged us $2/month for inactivity although a year wasn't up from date of registration. Sigh.

Cant access the money on my card to spend it online, because the login to give it a mailing address and name doesnt work at all. Customer service number doesnt even answer. What a $#*!ing waste of time and money.

This is worst website. I can almost never get it to work to register my gift card which you have to do if you want to use it online. There is no excuse for a website to be this crappy its not 1999.

I've been having trouble trying to buy stuff with my card and Google Play Counts this card as a legitimate card but when I tried to buy something it failed and I tried to call the number but it said busy which also means their voice box is full of messages that the company won't even delete to make more callers happy.

I had gotten a $100 MasterCard gift card for my birthday and spent about $60 at one time, during which the card worked as intended. However, some nine days after my first purchases, I am unable to access my card balance even though I put all of the information in as necessary. Every time I enter the card information, the website resets itself to the home page. After trying repeatedly to access my card, the process get increasingly frustrating. I find myself believing I will never obtain that last elusive $40. Truly a tragedy.

I got $120 gift card, registered it. And have been trying to get it to work for the past 2 hours. I tried buying something online and the card declined. Now I can't even get into the website to check my balance, it just keeps taking me back to the starting screen.

I tried to activate my $100 gift card my mother purchased for me for Christmas today 12/22/20 and the balance was zero stating a purchase had been made on 12/5/20 with the purchase details:

I had just opened the gift card package today 12/22/20. I contacted *******536 and after a three hour hold I was told I can not access the card without proof of ownership of the original purchase receipt. The pin security number printed on a paper and sealed inside the package was useless since they magically changed the pin to be the last for digits of the card many months ago.

I spoke to Abigail and Vanessa who provided me a laborious process to retrieve my money only after I provide them my gift receipt. The representatives were abusive and dismissive regarding my fraud claim.

It is my belief this company is directly stealing money from consumers through a fake amazon company scam.

Tried logging in, didnt work, asked for 3 digit code then booted me back to login. Apparently it did something since the url changed to the length of a google search url...

Called customer support, they registered it after a 15 min hold. Seems to be having "extraordinary wait times". Believable since a lot of wait times are 30 mins-1 hr.

I guess theyre just that busy or just really lazy? Either way if youre getting a gift card dont get it from these people. Saves you the time and the hassle. Also did i mention it takes one hour for your card to actually work and not get declined? Havent seen that happen with other companies, oh well

Wanting to use your gift card for large, online purchases? Do this FIRST ti avoid it being declined ( or, after it has been declined): call the customer service number and register the card in your name AND address or it WILL be declined every time!
Trust me, I was at the end of my rope and was ready to call it a scam ( 500 bucks later) but decided to call their supposedly "non-existent" customer service number. I was told it was a "really high call volume" but waited only a few seconds before being helped. A really nice lady assisted me and registered my address and told me to let the card " rest" for24 hours before attempting to use it ( I immediately had to go into my Amazon account and remove the card as the payment option I had on file otherwise it would cause the card to lock up again if Amazon tried running it overnight ( I will add it back after 24 hours). Very frustrating, as I had many items in my basket... hopefully when the gift card is unlocked I can go back and my stuff is still there to checkout... they say it's for our own protection, which I appreciate, but NOWHERE did I see any mention of this on their ' site'... sigh.
