Easy to navigate and detailed installation instructions
The products worked great but the map lights are loose in the socket. Not sure if it's supposed to be that way or not.
These improved the look of my vehicle greatly.
Items were easy to find and were packaged well. The videos on how to replace lights made the LEDs easy to install. Shipment tracking was not as up-to-date as I'd like it.

They were easy to install and your YouTube installation video was very helpful. My 2017 CR-V has more lights than the basic kit (two cargo/trunk lights). I called after receiving the kit and the customer rep sent me the extra light--no additional fees. Great customer service!
