Completely positive! Great product, easy ordering, installation videos were easy to follow.
Got a wrong dome light bulb and emailed about it and was promptly responded back that the correct one was on the way.
I have left several inquiries about the products they offer and each time I was left a response very quickly. They even left a link that would take me to the correct item that would work for my car. A very easy and professional business service.

Good help on the phone
Watched Phil's video and wanted to try the interior LEDs in my 2014 Jeep Patriot. The video was very helpful and my installation went without a problem. I may purchase two map LEDs and one Dome LED for my wife's 2006 Jeep Liberty since the two Map LEDs I placed into her vehicle do not come when the buttons are pressed. I did not purchase these LEDs for her Jeep from PrecisionLED. Maybe it's just the nature of the vehicles. I'll have to contact Phil before spending the extra money and placing an order. Thank you for the helpful video and a great product.
