Needed a new hot water heater for my RV and ordered one online from pplmotorhomes.com for almost half the price of camping world and other distributors. Received it in a few days and it works great! Saved money and received a quality product! Thanks pplmotorhomes.com!
I did a weeks worth of internet searching, and reading reviews before deciding to order my new On Demand water heater for my travel trailer. I called PPL, and the sales rep. Julie was incredibly helpful. I received 4 separate boxes of parts. When the mobile RV repair tech. Began removing the old water heater, and installing the new one, we discovered that 2 brackets, and 6 screws were missing. I called PPL, spoke with the afterhours operator. The very next morning Ronnie from PPL called. We discussed the missing parts that were shipped directly from the manufacturer, NOT PPL. He then Overnight shipped what was needed to complete the installation.
This kind of customer support is very rare these days. I will definitely be spending more money at PPL.

Two days after placing an order for a gas/electric refrigerator fro PPL's business in Houston, TX I received my refrigerator in Meridian, MS. The trucking company was also outstanding. The driver called me about 45 minutes before arriving and I was able to make certain my wife was home. I installed the refrig after getting home from work. Installation was easy and the frig worked as it should. The PPL sales person that took my order was pleasant and professional and I did not have to repeat anything to him. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with someone I can understand. Thank you!
The fresh water tank that we received was scuffed up, and leaked from the weld in the top plug. I wanted to return it, but after reading the return policy, decided it would be less of a hassle to fix it myself. Also, I couldn't ever find info on the site about the size of the ports. They were really small and make it difficult to vent and fill with much speed/pressure.
I needed a replacement water heater for my Keystone Cougar trailer quickly, as we were down south snowbirding. I could do the installation myself so just needed the unit delivered to an RV Park. I paid for 3-day delivery, and it came the next day! Arrived as advertised and working great.
Impressed with my first buying experience from pplmotorhomes.com and will keep them in mind if I need RV parts in the future.

Website was easy to navigate. Easily found what I was looking for at a good price. Shipping was quick and product was packaged to reduce chance of damage in transit.
The product was shipped two days later than quoted, the price was fair, I have not had a chance to have it installed yet so I cannot given you an accurate performance rating hence the three out of five stars.
No comment is needed nor should one be required for this survey. In the future when I purchase anything from PPL I will decline the survey if this persists.
