Very impressed with the speed and service
I have purchased several items from PPL and have always found the products, shipping times, and prices to be excellent in quality and value. Unfortunately I had one instance where I asked to exchange 54" safety cables for 64" cables, offering to pay the difference obviously, but I was told that couldn't be done. That was frustrating and I felt should have been accommodated... Other than that, they have been very good...
