I needed a dryer belt and your company was the only one who had it. It cost me $122 just for the belt, which is ridiculously over priced and then $10 for shipping. You had it in stock so it should have been shipped the day I ordered it. After five days when it didn't come I called ppl and was on hold 20 minutes, three different times that day. I was told I would get a call back but didn't so I had to call again and waited on hold while the representative found out why it didn't ship. The price is crazy and two weeks is to long to wait for shipping it.
Awesome experience. Only reason not 5 stars for shipping & price is that I would have liked it to arrive sooner (at no extra cost), & would have liked a little better deal like a rebate or something.
