Excellent service and delivery time was super, ordered item while camping in Massachusetts that a friend had on his Motor Home, liked it and he said order it from PPL so I went online got phone number and called and part was waiting for me when I got home...can't beat that for service and delivery time.

Parts selection was extensive, Product was very well priced, delivery was very quick for a 50 lb item (4 business days). Just wish they were not located 1500 miles away

Talk to costumer service on a couple of issues. Both parties talk me through the bed product for my needs I am very happy wight he advice I got. It was not a "sales talk" but straight forward advice

The On-demand 50k btu water heater was received in good condition and it installed easily and works great! However, there was insufficient packaging on the water heater door also purchased. One corner of the door was damaged when received. I was able to straighten it though. Overall, We're very happy will PPLmotorhomes.

Purchased a Splendide 2100 washer/dryer. Ordered on Wed@ noon arrived on Friday. You can not beat that kind of service. Good sale price and a quality item and accessories.

Only issue was that on my credit card bill i had a charge from person to person list. Took me a while to figure out ppl was person to person list and not challenge the charge.
Thanks for the part, it was easy to install and i didnt have effort and expense of taking rig into a shop.

The portable wasted tank was a great price and it works well. My husband was very pleased with how well it rolled and how easy it was to fill and empty.
