PPL was great, very friendly associate helped me with my order. I ordered on Thursday night and had the satellite by Saturday morning...awesome turnaround time! I highly recommend purchasing from PPL.

PPL's normal everyday prices are always way less than camping worlds best holiday super blowout sale prices! I purchased TWO Coleman air conditioners (15k and 13.5k) and including delivery, paid about $100 more than camping world wanted for ONE unit delivered! PPL sells most of the same products too. Delivery is usually 2 to 5 days right to your door. No hassle. If you have questions or need info their staff is always helpful, pleasant to speak with and can take your order. PPL is my first and usually my only go to for any parts or accessory needs. People listen to me...Don't deal with others, just get online with PPL's website and see for yourselves, it's easy to navigate, has full product info, descriptions and pictures.

I felt that the product exceeded my expectations. Although satisfied with the pump and the price, mounting hardware was not included and that would be have been ideal. But all around I am a satisfied customer.

Everything went well as far as ordering and delivery. But when I opened the box that my shroud was in there was a deep razor blade mark across the whole shroud from a previous unpacking most likely at your warehouse. I thought about returning it but all the time and cost involved I thought was not worth it. Seems to me that you should have someone in your warehouse with enough brains to look for stuff like that. That shroud as far as I am concerned is way over priced and I should have received a perfect product.
Order was lost... after a week I contacted rep. And was told lost order. Received package within days.
Was not really a problem.

Product was delivered on-time and in good shape. I've ordered several things, in the past, and always had the same results.
