Apparently the screw holders, for want of a better word, where the screws go in, are only good one one time as we took the screws out, then when we tried to screw them back in, about half the holes had stripped. We finally got the window in by using other screws, longer, bigger, etc. This might be something you need to look into because all we did was unscrew the window apart, put it in the door and try to put the screws back in. Once.
Availability of items for my old motorhome is very good and the customer service staff are great. I do wish there was a USPS shipping option, however. I live on a remote Alaska island the big shipping simply don't serve, and our USPS mail plane is the ultimate deliverer of all such items as a result.

Easy to find parts, great prices, and love the shipping costs! Product arrived in good condition with minimal box damage but none to the product! Minimal assembly needed and ready to try it out this weekend!

Had no trouble at all
I called about some 12v fans I saw online. I hadn't gone completely threw the sight cause I wasn't sure if I was going to order because I wanted to know how much shipping was for 2 fans, was asking a question about the fans and the person didn't tell me how much 2 fans would be he just said order online,,, this is not like the previous help I have gotten from PPL. I have always had good customer service and wasn't really pleased with the rep I spoke with... don't remember his name... he does need c/s skills. I have to say he wasn't helpful at all,,, I have previously delt with PPl and I have to say assistance has always been great.
Hard time figuring out from web sight which turn buckles were required with my application. Long or Short?
Should have a note, short ones for bed mounted mounts.
My order was processed promptly, and was delivered earlier than scheduled. No problems.
When I did need to call Customer Service, the agent was very courteous and polite. She provided the information I requested without hesitation.
