The product wasn't kept what we expected, but we made it work for what it was intended. If it Works out okay on our next travel (Dec) we may buy two more.

Great prices and delivery is on time.

I ordered a vented Splendide Washer/Dryer WD2100 XD. The W/D was exactly as advertized, a great price, no sales tax and reasonable shipping. The delivery driver was courteous, called before delivery and helped load the W/D on my trailer. An excellent overall shopping experience. The W/D works extremely well. Spouse is really happy. 25% more capacity compared with our old Splendide.

I find their webb page easy to use. Their customer service rep. Are very helpful and freindly. Their prices are good and their delivery of product excellent.

So far so good. I called & found out I couldn't buy a maintenance agreement. I feel it should be offered on reconditioned items. I hope it doesn't become an issue.
