Easy to order online.Shipping and customer service remains to be seen after receiving order

Lowest price quoted from 4 different retailers and payed half the price

Should take bank check info online and offer pay pal, would make things super great! Just a suggestion. I've ordered lot's of stuff here, you continue to have best prices on most items.
I placed my order on Wed. And received product Fri. (talk about fast service) and I did not pay for premium shipping (next day or guaranteed 2 day shipping) I just chose the cheapest shipping option.

You web page is wrong! I had to call and speak to a real person.

Product was received in timely manner. Item is heavy and shipped in original box. Some of the perforations on the box were open, probably could have used a stronger box. One major component of the grill was missing. Customer service returned call in timely manner. Missing product to come from manufacturer, hopefully in time for me vacation.
