Found most of everything I was looking for. Would be nice if photos pooped up when looking at an items vs. having to click on each link.

If I had known product was made in China,I would NOT have purchased it.

I found the web site good. Alittle more explaining would have been nice. I ordered an ac unit and face plate. It would have been helpful if I would have been informed the I needed the thermostat too. The new system is NOT compatible with the old technology. Info that would have saved time and shipping fees.

Shopping, ordering and delivery were great. I gave 4 stars only because we have not yet got them installed yet. I would shop from this company again.

This was the second time I ordered from PPL and I'll be back again! Great prices, fast delivery, great products.

Would have preferred a bit smaller roll but what the heck. More for next time.
