I ordered a heavy tv slide mount, which shipped at an old-school shipping cost. Other sites wamtes more for the item and way more for shipping.
Item arrived well packaged, but with a contusion on its side. Inside, a plastic handle had broken off. Return shipping of the item seemed ridiculously costly, so I contacted the manufacture (just as PPL would have done) and they are sending a replacement handle (small item, ships easily/inexpensively). Everyone wins.
Bought wrong size baggage door locks for my rv. Needed to order larger size. Called and person that helped me was very nice. Told me how to return wrong size and get correct size for baggage locks.
Ordered a washer/dryer combo on Tuesday and received it on Thursday. WOW. Now that is fast shipping!
