Everything was good and on time. A label on outside of box said vent cover. On the inside was door cylinders, what I ordered?

An item was on back order... so the entire order took over a week to ship... I just would've like to have gotten an update. It was explained when I called, but it would be nice to get an email or know the status of in stock or out of stock items when the order is being placed. Especially since In getting almost daily emails regarding sales and new items.
