Product arrived damaged/defective. There is a ripple in the center of the hub cap. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and not damaged in transit. Quality control should have caught this before shipping item out as "new" to customer.

We ordered a Suburban 10 gal water heater. It was packaged well and arrived in a timely maner. The directions were easy to follow. We also enjoyed the video before we ordered the water heater.
