It was very difficult to install the water heater with the instruction booklet that came with it. Turns out it was an old booklet. We called the manufacturer to get the correct information. You need to update your printed materials! For example, the wiring diagram referred to a brown wire. There was no brown wire. That wire is now orange.

A friend gave me your website address and I ordered a Water Softener from you paying $200 plus $10 shipping. This was a saving of $45 from our local store.

I ordered C jacks for my 5th wheel. The price was very good. I ordered them and they arrived fast.
