I had a problem with the electrical/battery charging system and was confused as to how the battery charging solenoid operated. I spoke with Gary Mize in the parts department and he was very helpful on how everything worked and was as good as any tech support. He had the part I needed in stock and he had it in the mail that same day. I received it within a few days and the motor home is back on the road and working like new. Thanks Gary and PPL!
I've made a couple of internet purchases from PPL and their service has been excellent. I can't say much about my last purchase (Sewer Solution) because I haven't used it yet, but had to give some response to complete the review.
My awning arrived within three days of placing my order. The only problem was it did not come with a new pull strap. I had to use my old one. Overall I am happy with the ease of ordering online and prompt shipment by PPL Motorhomes. Will shop with PPL again.
It fit just like it was supposed to, I would not hesitate to buy another one if I needed to.
I originally called for the bottom trim on a refrigerator in my newly acquired 1992 motor and was told it was not available I needed a whole new door. I did some investigating and found out the top trim is the same as the bottom trim. I ordered the top trim and it worked great. I was glad to find a place to order parts. If I need any additional parts you will be hearing from me.
