Every aspect of the process was good, but instructions could have been clearer relative to adapting a process to attach foam to Roof Top Air conditioner shroud. Would have preferred foam attached from factory.

I stumbled across PPL while searching for travel locks. There price was the lowest and their delivery was faster than I expected. I have since returned to buy more items from them because they are priced right and great to deal with.

I ordered the Grand Aero tow mirrors on a Friday morning and they arrived in just 5 days with standard shipping. PPL was having a sale so the price w/ shipping was still better than anything I found and believe me I looked. These mirrors look great and I can't wait to try them out this season.

Well for 1st time customer i thought you could of sent a first time customer bonus or perk or somethomg to entise me to shop with you again but overal it was satisfactorry or give me a item half price or something on on top of order but yeah

I had a code for free shipping but could not find a place to enter it.
Otherwise all was good.

Very pleased with the Roadmaster products. They do what they are supposed to. Handling and Coach stability can be an issue. I do no likemy vehicles to wander, wave, jerk or sway while driving down the road especially in contested situations like bridges, mountains, and city freeways.

Very friendly awsome service will be my 1st place to go when I need rv parts you guys are great
