Service was good. Customer service agent was excellent. Very disappointed in the $10.00 shipping charge for an item that weighed less than one ounce. Also shipping options did not include US Postal Service who could have delivered the item for 1/10 the cost.

I wasnt sure what to look for to figure out my original unit, i called, and was given an answer that helped me figure out which conversion door i needed.
Fedex driver intially dropped the ball on delivery. They said "they attempted delivery at 2:15pm", but upon reviewing my property cameras, a fedex truck never pulled up to deliver within a half hour window of the time they stated they "attempted" to deliver. When i called their customer service, they kept giving me the run around for about 3 hours on how the driver tried, to which i told them bullsh*t, cameras dont lie. A fedex supervisor hand delivered my boxes after finding out their driver never even attempted delivery
