Lynn helped me with my order of an HWH jack for my class A motor home. He was very courteous and professional and answered all my questions. The replacement jack actually arrived a lot sooner than we had anticipated. This is not the first time dealing with PPL. I find them to be very competitive and more than willing to help you with any problems with your rv.
The Tow Bag is to small for Blue Ox equipment. I know it is for Roadmaster, but it is the only tow bag I saw.
I needed a freezer door and a Piezo Igniter for a Dometic refrigerator that is no longer in production. Searched the internet & found a good diagram & parts list at PPL. Called PPL Parts Dept & the sales person actually went & physically checked that the items I needed were correct & stocked by PPL. He then called me back & confirmed parts were correct & in stock. I'd found parts at other locations but PPL gave me the best price & shipping was immediate. Weather prevented my installation for several weeks but when I was able to get them installed, everything worked as it should. I'll look to PPL should I need additional RV parts.
We were very pleased with the service we received; the price was right and the delivery prompt. We have an older motorhome, and it is good to know that we can find those difficult to find items, easily. Thank you again.
