Over the last couple of years, I keep returning to PPL to purchase products for our pop up. Their prices are in line with others and often, less expensive. But the easy ordering and how quickly they fill your order and ship it out, is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

The order was placed on Tuesday shortly after noon. I upgraded shipping to three days for $5 extra assuming you would ship that day (night) and I would receive it on Friday - Fed Ex. Is very efficient. As it was not shipped until Wed. It hit the weekend and was delivered on Monday - six days after order and approximately what ground shipment would have been. Have not installed it yet ( due to complications with arrival time) but it appears to be upgraded replacement at a fair price. Thanks

Great inventory plus on line and in store service! My order contained two items. I received a partial delivery via UPS and waited a few days for the remaining item. I contacted Gary at the prescribed number who quickly located my order, acknowledged that it appeared only one item was shipped and cheerfully agreed to follow up. I received the 2nd item via UPS later the same day. Another satisfied customer!

If we knew we had only 2-days as options for delivery we would've purchased from another company. My husband had to take off of work to wait for the delivery. Additionally, if something was wrong mechanically, how would we know it? When you sign it's yours no returns, that's not good business.
