Parts are ok but you need to be careful with items such as skylights. Recently purchased a skylight for my 93 Pace Arrow class A Mh which has a crown roof, not flat. The Polycarbonate skylight would not bend along the roof crown, and the original garnish or inner dome touched the new generic dome & slightly marred it so I dared not send it back and gave it to friend for his garage. A $144 mistake. Better technical information should have been provided for this install. Was able to obtain an OEM outer & inner dome set from Allied which was made out of a thicker but softer material and it set along the roof line with no issues.

Crissy took care of my order and the service provided was absolutely excellent, there was a mistake in the initial order, i called talked to crissy and the error, and followup was absolutely excellent. I couldn't have been treated nicer and with more respect. I live full time in an RV park and have repeated this experience to everyone here at the park that will listen to me. One person told me about the product I was wanting info on and was totally wrong after putting me on hold to check the specs on the Dometic 310 toilet. She sounded so unsure of herself so I called back and tried to talk to some that might know about it in parts sales. They were to busy to talk to me so I told them I would hold. They said they would just have to call me back. I did not have time to sit around and wait on a call not knowing a time frame. I ended up calling Dometic and getting the info that I needed and that is how I knew at that time your girl did not have a clue.
I did call back to you and ordered the dometic 310 which was flawed from production. Not PPLs fault. I called Dometic, sent them pictures and they took care of it right away. My 1st impression with them is A1.
I will still do business with you if the need arises but my 1st impression was than favorable.
