Once again, great service by PPL Motorhomes
When my order arrived, the box had been partially opened at one end, and an item was missing. I e-mailed the company and didn't get a reply. After 2-3 days, I e-mailed again. They promptly replied with an apology stating they would send my missing order. They mailed it right out, and I received it in 3 days. I like this company.
Very easy to find what I neeed ty
So far it's been quick and hassle free. The product and price were fabulous!

WE ordered the Carefree Traveler adjustable replacement arms for our manual awning. Wow, how nice to be able to push a button and open or close our 19 ft awning.
The man I ordered from us GREAT- he told us what we needed and how it would work. Wow was that a pleasant experience and everything he told me was exactly right on. The arms came and I had a local tech install them and now even my 5' 2" - 76 yr old wife can put out or in the awning.
We love it and love PPL. We have bought many items from PPL and happy to say, every purchase has been satisfactory plus.

The only problem was the delivery. Set it up with R&L to deliver on thursday was given a time between 12-4 pm. They didn't inform me that they call before residential deliveries. The item were being delivered to a different address than my phone number. Was delivered next day but might want to add phone number of delivery address somehow in the order process.
