I received my order in two parts.The first shipment was in a completely damaged box but awning hardware and arms were scratched and nicked but the driver just left them as we were not home. I will make do with what I received. The second order is a complete different story. The awning tube is damaged beyond repair as it definetly had the overhead truck door slammed down it. As to be expected I am not at all pleased!
The fellow on the phone was great, the ordering system is fast.
