Great price on sale items. Excellent shipping time. Boxes were trashed on arrival but nothing was damaged. FedEx dropped the load and split so inspecting upon arrival is farcical.

I ordered a Dometic refrigerator which came to my location on time. When my service rep started to install the new frig, he asked about the kit to reverse the door opening. There were none. When I called ppl, I got the same rep that I order the frig. He said he forgot to asked me the direction my old frig opened. No apology. I had to order a kit to reverse the doors. $26.

Easy to install and works great. Mounted vertical on wall to keep it in a dry area.

I was very happy to get a lower price for the items I needed, a very old model shower tub special ordered from Lyons. The price and especially the shipping costs were much lower than anywhere else I checked.

Need to let people know not to put dashes in phone #. Order doesn't go through if you DO put them in. Other than that, no problems.

The sells person was very knowledgeable about what I was in need of for my awning problem. Only thing she said there was instructions on how to change out the part included. I didn't find them but I think I'm good enough to figure it out.

My customer service rep was so helpful and patient. She spent a lot of time with me and helped me with the products I needed with such a friendly attitude. I could tell she had a smile on her face and if I could I would ask for her for future orders.
