Pplmotorhomes had my exact part and in stock. Part will plug right in on my 2000 camper. I was given the option for 3 day shipping as I checked out. I paid extra for my shipping to have this option. I got an email days later that said my part was not eligible for 3 day shipping and it would be 7-10. I could have bought my part else where had I known I had to wait 7-10 days.

This order experience was great. Price was good, product shipped right out, arrived quickly in excellent condition.

Note: I have tried two times to get a price quote on three special order Carefree slide-out awnings. Both times the rep said they would email the price but didn't. Guess I will have to try another vendor for this order.

Too much for shipping.

Item came damaged but phone call resolved problem by promising to send small part to fix problem, so in 10 days or so I should have my replacement part, if not I will call customer service again.

Ordered online with no issues. Generators were shipped right out and delivered within just a couple of days. Products were exactly what we had ordered.

Razor 8500 antenna was installed and did not work working with wine Gary to correct it I have to pull unit and send back to them the problem is we are leaving Minnesota for the south so we will not have a tv antenna

Have not installed the water heater yet I will let you know in a few days how it works
