Order was placed on 8/13/15. Received on my front porch Fri. Morning 8/14/15.
One item was the wrong part due to mislabeling on the actual part.
Contacted customer service, provided all the required info, explained that I really wanted to make my repairs early in the following week.
Monday morning 8/17/15 the correct part was on my front porch. I got my job done as planned.
(remember there was a Sat.&Sun. In this time period)
Your people did better than your past excellent service! Someone from management should go out and slap the backs of the people involved for a job well done.
Good and simple so far. It was delivered to Dover DE very Quick, It surprised me when they called ahead the day before for delivery. I am away for the week and have not set it up yet.
