So far customer service is great. Unfortunately Someone packaged the Add a room not knowing that the bottom of the carry bag and the contents were damaged, Probably from a razor knife while it was on a pallet.I am needing this room soon as we planned a trip and hope that the replacement one gets here in time.

I like the product but one of them lacked the bracket to install. The other one was complete.
I think it was missed by the person who was responsible for checking the packing It is a small rectangular
Part and rather than complain about it my husband will fabricate something that will work.

Purchased a Safe-Alarm from PPL. Price was $20 cheaper than anyone on line and locally. Ordered on Sunday and received on the next Wednesday via Fed-X for $10 shipping cost. Also got a $20 rebate from manufacturer thru PPL. Great service and purchase was same as 7 year old original.

The part I bought was cheaper than other places and work very well and was delivered in two days as promised although I never received an email stating that the part had shipped.
