My unhappiness was because of shipping. Cost was high for what you are providing and customer need to be made more aware that you don't count weekends in your delivery promises. It took six days (total) to receive my merchandise so I called and was told weekends don't count toward delivery dates and was scolded because I didn't read the site more thoroughly.

I missed delivery on the sixth day. Next time I order I will do it at the first of the week and see how that works. If I use your company again I will try to order far in advance. This time I was waiting on a light for my kitchen and wanted it quickly. The package was left on my steps, in the rain. I had to go out of town on the scheduled delivery date and the box stated outside for nearly a week. Someone should have had to sign for it before it was dropped off. I hope this information might help you with a better system of service.

I needed a water heater for my park model RV. I checked with all of the RV parts stores/dealerships in my area. None of them had the model that I needed in stock, so they would have to order it, and it would take about a week to come in. I would then have to travel to that store to pick it up. I found PPL, on the internet, and found that their price was considerably less expensive. I called customer service to see if they had one in stock and was told that they did. I discussed the various shipping options with your employee, Jamie Piatt, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was delivered by UPS, to my door, and I installed it without difficulty and it works great. It was up and running before I would have received it from one of the other dealers. PPL will be my, "go to", place for RV parts. Thank-you.
