As you are aware we received 2 oven ranges, instead of 1 that was ordered. After talking with Ron regarding extra oven range and damages on both, we were able to make a good one. We then repack the extra one and pick up by Fed X was arranged by Ron.
Just for your information, each time we have ordered from PPL we have never been dissatisfied.
I need to exchange one of the items that I had ordered. It was easy to contact the parts department and follow their instruction for the exchange.

Website was a little slow at checkout. Requested information that was already entered (first name). Difficulty in adding additional items to cart. Once order was placed, things were very smooth. Parts shipped same day, and were received as promised. I would recommend.

Prices were great shipping was a little high but I saved on the items so I think it averaged out. They shipped fast and kept me posted on shipment even after the delivery they followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchased which is rare these days. Added 2 more items and shipping cost is $120.00 for each additional item at a total cost of
$360.00. Need more shipping options to lower cost.
