My order came quickly and was exactly what I needed and it fit correctly. Service was great and the people where plesant and helpful.
I have had great success with PPL purchases 2 or 3 times. The ordering system and delivery work real well. Prices are very competetive and most of time lower than anyone else. I think delivery cost is reasonable. Especially after talking to other supplier this past week their postage cost exceeded the price of the products such as after market external ladders to mount on Travel Trailers.
OK, I ordered a sway control online and everything seemed fine. Waited about two weeks but no order confirmation so I called customer service. An employee informed me that my order was back ordered and would check and see if they had an alternative part available and call me right back. Another week went by and when I received my credit card statement I had been billed for the order. Wasn't happy and let the next customer service individual know it. I must say, he got on it immediately, found another brand and shipped it out the same day. Overall I wish they would of informed me that part was not available to start with, but I am actually really impressed with customer service once I found the right individual. I definately will order again, but may call ahead of time to confirm part availability

Prompt, easy and just what I wanted
The max air vents were in box with no packing material so they us rattle around! They looked very scratched up. I took polishing compound and got some of them out. Person packing does not care..
After taking ownership of our new Cedar Creek Cottage destination trailer and becoming acclimated with it, we noticed two missing rubber grommets connecting the Suburban propane burner top to the oven below it.
After an unsuccessful attempt to order the missing grommets from our selling dealership, we went on-line and ordered from pplmotorhomes.com website.
The dealership had the parts required at a great price, and they were shipped out and received quickly.
We now have a balanced AND quiet wire propane burner top which functions as designed.
