I called in because I had questions about the Gerard instant hot water heater I wanted to purchase. Because I considered it to be a significant investment I didn't want to just order it online and have it show up and there be a possibility of issues with it. I called in on the telephone and got a hold of a gentleman in parts he spent quite a bit of time with me going over all the details explaining the filament and how I would be hooking it up. Once we determine that I did get the right model number and part number he was kind enough to place the order for me but he did offer me the discounted shipping as if I would've ordered it online. I appreciate the extra care taken with this transaction and I will look to you guys in the future when I need other parts for my motorhome thank you very much Tom

I ordered a Dometic 310 to replace a Thetford toilet in my Montana. It was supposed to be a direct replacement. It was not. When I called for help no one could give me a solution to the toilet drain not fitting the existing floor flange. The Dometic has an extended tube that is about 1/8th inch longer than the base. It wouldn't tighten without rocking. Finally after a lost day chasing google and youtube I finally found a Dometic parts solution built specifically for the 300 family because of the drain issue. PPL has some knowledgeable people, someone should have known it would be needed. Of course Dometic's people couldn't think of it either! Found it on Google.

The new toilet is a really awesome crapper! It installed in minutes and works great. You made my wifey really happy! She hatted that old stock toilet that was inches from the floor, you also had to lean over it to flush it. The smell while flushing that old one made you wanna gag! This new one is great with the pedal flush and hand sprayer really gets rid of the skid marks! No bad smells anymore!
