Great to work with if you have questions before you buy parts. The salesman took the time to explain different models to me and helped me figure out the best shipping method. The part (new residence Thetford Toilet) arrived on time for me to install it before we left on our trip. Excellent customer which doesn't always happen in the RV industry.
