Purchase process was very easy. There was no notification of when the item shipped. Tracking was only available after I called PPL. Yellow Freight indicated that they had already delivered the item when in fact it had only been turned over to a third party local delivery service. All in all the it turned out OK but the process could have been a little smoother.

Great product line, competitive prices, good service, nothing more to say.

I ordered a coleman shroud and only received the back half of it. Called customer service and have yet to receive the front half. Not satisfied with ppl customer service at all. Why can't you just send rear half of shroud? You already have all my money not just half. Please send the rest of the product I ordered.
