Quick easy to find items and checkout a breeze
The box the item was shipped in was not sufficient to prevent both mounting flanges from being bent. One was bent so much the powder coated paint flaked off. I was able to use pliers and hammer to bend them both back to reasonably mount it to the floor of my RV storage compartment.

The sales rep was very helpful on the phone, answering all my questions about the water heater I was ordering. It arrived in just a few days using ground shipping. We just finished installing the new water heater and found the instructions that came with the product very clear. Since our pop-up is 26 years old, several parts need replacing. The Surge Protector was delayed because of a routing erro rby UPS. It was not the fault of PPL Motorhomes. I have not tried the surge protector yet.

It would have been benificial to know if item was in stock or when it would ship, prior to ordering. I was never informed that it had shipped and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 4 days after my order. But knowing it was on the way would have been nice.
Picture in add shows more than provided. I had to go back and buy $178.00 more to get what was pictured. Be sure to read the fine print
