Can't believe how fast my order came. I ordered it one day and the UPS truck was here with it the next day.
I was expecting it to take at least a week.

My frustration is not with the initial item that I ordered, but when I sent a follow-up email (two, actually), indicating that I had missed an item in my order, and asked PPL to add the second item (I was very specific about the item, and sent the first request immediately, and follow up the next day), no one responded, nor was the follow up item included in my order.
So far so good. Still gotta get the parts to,know for sure. I suggest using usps. I dont not like fedex packages.
Had no problem finding my front door window replacement. But having trouble finding out parts for main window replacement!

The hot water heater unit that I purchased for my trailer was the best price that I could find on the enter net. The order went through at record pace and the delivery was one day earlier than what was estimated.

Overall the products were great and were reasonably priced. The customer service was great when I had shipping issues. The problem I had was the shipping, I had paid for overnight shipping and did not receive the first item for two days and the last item was not received until five days later and they were all on the same order. I just wish I could have received them all at the same time seeing how the last item I did receive was the sealant tape which made it impossible to install the rest of the order and seeing how it was a hot water heater I was installing you can understand my frustration. I will continue using PPL. Great prices. Great customer service. Great products.
