Easily found exactly what I wanted at a fair price.
The stove was received very timely - in two days. I would have liked the option picked it up myself. It wasn't more than a couple hours drive to the California distribution center in Corona. However, that point is moot because it arrived with some dents. I received a little more than the shipping charges as credit for not returning it. I felt that was fair since the damage wasn't major. I liked that customer service was able to approve the exchange without having to "go up the ladder" to management. Shows the company has confidence in its staff. I would buy from PPL again. I like their integrity. I had bought a stove from Boat and RV in Ohio, and they sent a model different from the picture on their site. Now I am in a credit card dispute with them because they wanted me to pay return shipping! I immediately copied the web page from their site in case they changed it. I don't understand how people like that stay in business. PPL is an honest dealer, and that's worth volumes.

Package arrived intact, but abusive handling during transit had deformed the return air end of the cabinet. I straightened it by hand. Easy install. Works great! Thx! John
