I had to replace the Kwikee Step on my ten-year-old motor home after a low-clearance entrance to a fuel stop during a trip "crushed" the steps that came factory-installed on my RV. I called your store to see if the steps that I needed (the proper model #) were available, and I placed the order. I was happily AMAZED at how quickly the steps arrived. They are installed and ready for my next trip! THANK YOU!
Easy to maneuver web site
It wasn't so much the product that I ordered, there was nothing wrong with that. The issue was the packaging which is the worst I have ever encountered. It was a gallon on sealant, and there was no packing material in the box, the gallon was demolished on the bottom and the bottom of the box was open from the pounding that it took from not being cushioned. I paid 10.00 for the shipping and to receive such poor packaging for that price is ridiculous! Thankfully the can wasn't punctured but I would not order from this company again for fear the product will again be damaged in shipment!
I don't know if there is any association with the PPL transaction, but immediately after I placed my order,fraudlent charges appeared on my credit card account.

Update - the merchandise arrived when I expected it. However I was not initially notified that the shipment would be split in two. A tracking number and delivery date were provided for the first portion, but not the second. Bottom line was that the items showed up in a timely manner, but I didn't know if or when the second part shipped or when it was due to arrive.
The PPL web site was very easy to use. They have a large selection of items for motorhomes with very completive priceing. The delivery was fast and the item arrived un-damaged. What else could you ask for.
My water heater came earlier then expected with no problems.
