Everything is simple and direct except shipping method: UPS, USPS, or FedEx. This was settled when shipment left your business and RL shipping was topnotch with a friendly helpful driver who knows his business. I am totally satisfied with price, product and shipping.

Always nice to do business with PPL, fast delivery and good prices.

I called first, received all the information I wanted. RV escape hatch lid was the right part, arrived quickly, was poorly packaged, slightly damaged. I decided to do a minor repair & install the lid because the crack did not appear to affect structural integrity.

Didn't know what was wrong about my billing info that it would not complete the order until I took the spacing out of the phone number and then it worked

Washer came the next day. Picked it up at the freight depot. Pickup process was slow but that was R&L's issue, not PPLs. Just wish I'd have gotten a shipment confirmation. Doesn't seem to happen with freight shipments. Small potatoes against the quick shipping and great prices. I've saved way over a grand on two high ticket items.

I called PPL because I had a part number from a 2001 RV water pump and I couldn't find a replacement. The rep was very courteous and professional! She called the manufacturer and ordered the correct replacement. It was less expensive than what we expected! It arrived when promised. The pump was easy to replace and was better quality than the original. Highly recommend PPL!

Easy access, Good Service so far. My order was on time, The only problem was there was a screw missing but I had one in my bin so I'm happy with the complete order! I'll shop regularly with pplmotorhomes!
