My first order came (water Pump) came wrapped up in foam sheets. After un wrapping the pump it was all wet and the outside housing was corroded. Called PPL and let a message. Had an email shortly after I left a message asking me to return the unit (sent a return label in another email) and a new replacement was on the way. Received the new pump in the manufactures package this time the very next day. Totally unexpected, thought I would have to wait until next week. Great service, Thank You.

Your product comes highly recommended. Excited for its delivery! :) UPDATE: Tub arrived very quickly (ahead of estimated delivery date) and in perfect condition. I haven't installed it yet but it seems very sturdy and will suit my purpose perfectly.
