The product was damaged on the right side from being dropped or he at items were missing on this product but it seemed to work OK and I knew that it would take a period of time plus shipping which would cost me more money to send it back so I just dealt with it
In need of a new awning for our trailer, I began an online search for the best deal. No doubt I found that deal at PPL. As you know, awnings are made to order. I ordered a 16' A&E 8500 with the Rodeo (running horses) themed awning fabric (vinyl). From the day I ordered it to the day it was delivered at my door was 9 days! I would consider that pretty quick. Everything just as I ordered it. Installation was pretty straight-forward and not too cumbersome. I would definitely check with PPL first the next time I need RV-type items. Very good experience with this company.

Fast and accurate but fedx needs instructions on pkg care outer housing of furnace damaged looks like it was used as a step it took me 45mins to fix no other damage was found unit appears to operate well other than the fedx issue I will never buy from another supplier again I learned my lesson ck the rest buy from the best ppls staff is the greatest and always has the answers I need thanks again

I had a great time shopping, I kind of wish I needed more stuff. This site is so easy to navigate I really enjoyed shopping, I also found some things for my Christmas list.
The first smart light I received was cracked (not from shipping damage). I contacted Ron Hunt and he immediately sent a replacement light. I have since received the replacement light and it appears to be intact with no damage.

I ordered a Roadmaster 10,000 lb rated, dual receiver from pplmotorhomes.com last week because their price was almost 30% lower than any other price I found online for the same item. Additionally, in the past I have always had nothing but great service from this company and had no reason to believe otherwise with this order. Once again the product showed up in near record time, even considering the weight of the unit, and the packaging insured the unit was in perfect shape when I opened the box. This company is my go-to source whenever I need anything for our motorhome. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing RV parts or accessories.
