Very easy way to shop and compare values.
Packing was extremely poor. Nothing more than dumping the water heater in a cardboard box, throwing a few pieces of paper on top of it, then poorly taping the lid shut. Arrived with the lid half open and nothing to prevent the heater from moving around in the box. Thus, the plastic control panel that is attached to the water heater is broken where it attaches to the tank. Paid for rapid shipping, now am waiting for someone to return my call, then will have to wait more time for a new one to be shipped. All could have been prevented if someone had taken the time to properly pack the heater. Since I am living in the RV, and am now without the use of a water heater even longer, even though I had paid for express shipping. Not happy at all. BTW, still waiting for a call back :(

The selection through PPL is excellent as are the values. When I received the electric trailer jack I was very happy with the construction, looks, and packing of the jack.

PPL had the best price on a Dish Tailgater bundle that I could find, so I purchased it on line. Well, 2 days later they lowered their price and had the bundle on sale for a lower price. I sent them an email, and they immediately agreed to refund the price difference to me. Fast shipping... a great place to do business.
I could not believe how soon the order came in even with Thanksgiving holiday.
Always good prices and support. Unfortunately so much is made in China. Maxxair fan electrical connectors were not big enough for the wiring. Ended up using wire nuts. Prior unit lasted only 6 years (maybe that's good?)
