Every thing ive bought was delivered as decscribed,I only had one item that was late,called them and was shipped out next day air,Will buy again from this company
I initially contacted PPL attempting to find a component for our air conditioner unit on our pop up. When contacting them, I had provided the model # of our unit asking if the heater component would work in our unit, I was advised it would. Although I was told it would, we have as of yet installed it, so I'm hoping the information I was provided was correct or I just wasted $68.00
Item was attractively priced, asked questions, they had all the correct answers. Received the item and found everything as promised. Great value, good people! Thank you!

Which price is right?, was my question after ordering on Black Friday. I am so happy that it was only a computer glitch in the pricing. The price shown in the add was the correct one for the power surge protection 30 Amp 2100 joules unit. Joann took care of the billing snafu. The item works as described and will be a welcome addition to our camping accessories. Thank you for great service and value.
