I was attempting to order on-line and encountered an issue, so called the number given on the site. Initially I was given the run-a-round as each person I was transferred to said I had to speak with someone else and transferred me, ending up in voicemail. I called back and again was transferred, but luckily I ended up with an owner/manager who was very unhappy. He immediately took steps to get me to a person who handled everything fast and efficiently. I was extremely happy and glad I persisted, rather than give up! I absolutely will order from PPL again. Item came overnight and we couldn't be happier!
