We had a blast rd nest in our heater vent. Totally unexpected as it was not a long amount of time passing between uses. Needless to say we ordered a heater online. It was Friday and to our amazement, it was delivered Monday. Installed it that night and its been working perfectly since.

Very pleased with pricing
I ordered the Dish Tailgater package. PPL price was $100 better than any other & then I got an extra $20 off. I ordered on Monday morning and got my Tailgater 11:30 Wednesday morning. It is exactly what I ordered and I am THRILLED.
PPL had exactly what I was looking for. The price was very good and shipping was ulrta fast.

Overall shopping and service was excellent. The only complaint I have is after my order I have recieved multiple marketing emails and after unsubscribing multible times I continue to receive them.

No real water pressure when flushing toilet and only half the bowl gets water. Dometic is shipping a new valve Monday
PPL Motor Home site is user friendly and quick. We look forward to future business interactions. The delivery was expeditious. An email indicating delivery date and time would be helpful (contracted out, obviously). All in all, PPL Motor Homes are fantastic!

My only problem with the product was the interface with Dish.
Online shopping has been easy. Now I wait for my order to be shipped.
I received the generator a day earlier than expected. What a surprise. After opening the package, I noticed the generator had been pull out once before and then put back into the box without it properly seated on the shipping cardboard base with the four holes for the feet. Without this base plate in place, the generator could have moved around inside the box during shipping. Fortunately, I did not see any damage. There were no signs the generator had been used. Beyond that, I'm happy. Will start it up in a few weeks.
