The air conditioning shroud I ordered was cracked when it arrived. It came in a box with absolutely no packaging.

I received the water heater but have not installed it yet.
Purchase was smooth and quick! I actually received the tank the very next day without even choosing the expedited shipping option. I have not yet installed the tank into my "up-cycled" vintage trailer but it looks to be exactly what I need. Didn't necessarily like that it was not in any packaging, and the inlet was taped closed leaving a sticky residue on something I'll be installing for drinking water.

Hard to determine part number cross references. Had to rely on descriptions. Would be much better if mfr part numbers could be cross referenced.

Required phone help to pick the right shroud for the AC, prompt, and helpful. Ordered by net
Ordered part after getting off the phone, at about 4:30 pm. The next day at aprox 12:30 pm the shroud arrived at the RV park office. I got notice at 2:00pm from the staff of the park. (UPS was the carrier)
By 3:30 pm I had installed the shroud on the roof of the RV! It fit without any modifications needed! Now that's great service! (This is my second large purchase from PLL, The first one was 2 years prior for a hot water heater. Again fast service, and great phone help)
