I ordered and paid for a hotwater heater on 2/10/16,,,,today 2/24/16 I called ppl to find my product and for some reason the shipment was put on hold and never shipped,,,,,we are full timers so this is completely unacceptable,,,,was goin to recommend you to friends and fellow rvers,,,,,,,,,but I cannot do that now,,,,are you doing anything to get that product up here to me,,,,it does not appear so,,,all you do is send me another receipt,,,,don't even tell me when it is goin to get here,,,I would think that you would do everything in your power to get my order here asap as you are the ones that messed it all up, my phone number is *******229 if you would like to call me and tell me how you are going to fix this, and go ahead and post this on your review section if you like,

The kit was complete and the price was better than the other companies. The instructions were clear except for the magnetic switch. The one on my RV works opposite on the new kits so the steps close when the door opens. There was no mention of this in the instruction but the kit includes 2 different magnetic door switches so one of them will work on you RV
