I love PPL! Have ordered parts many, many times and so far, I am always happy with the service and purchases I have made.
I am still satisfied with PPL and their service, just disappointed in the item we received...However...The order I just received was damaged and when I called to have the item replaced, Ron in customer service was FABULOUS. Damaged item will be picked up tomorrow and replacement item order has been processed.
