The product is good but the freight company who shipped it damaged it bad. Just got it today another thing to take care of. Will see how all of this turns out. PPL did its part great.

I actually thought I was getting the frilly rock guard rather than the slatted. I went ahead and installed them instead of returning to see how they work out. Just a suggestion in case it should happen again is maybe getting a better and closer up photo of your product.

Easy to use online ordering!

The order process was very easy to complete. I had no problem finding the item that I was looking for. I received the products several days early allowing me to get it installed for use on a trip.
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM ORDER TO RECEIPT.

We were happy with the response we received when there was confusion on the product as advertised. It was listed as a 2 part system but PPL had broken the 2 pieces into separate sku's.
